The Finance Committee is responsible in conjunction with the parish priest to oversee all the temporal and financial affairs of the Parish. This includes revenue, expenses, loans, investments, bookkeeping, repairs, constructions, contracts, sales, purchases, employee relations, salaries, etc. in accordance with the diocesan regulations and policies. They work with the Parish Pastoral Council to establish budgets for the different ministries of the parish.
The Finance Committee oversees the Office Administrator and the Environment Safety Officer. They are also responsible for the maintenance of the parish, the rectory, the parish grounds and the cemeteries of St. Mary (Beausejour), Sts. Peter and Paul (Ladywood) and St. Thomas (Allegra).
